        About the Role

        As we expand our market reach, we seek a focused, driven, and dedicated account executive to help us achieve the highest growth potential from our products and services. This Account Executive is a key team member of the Sales Team, helping build and maintain a quality pipeline and secure new accounts.

         Responsibilities

        • Attend standard day-to-day activities such as researching and engaging leads in the pipeline over different channels (website, social media, email, and more) and documenting engagement using CRM and all other sales tools available.

        • Consistently meet sales quota while building and maintaining a healthy pipeline by pre-qualifying leads received or initiating outbound engagements with potential clients.

        • Prepare and deliver compelling and tailored sales presentations to existing and potential clients.

        • Collaborate with Sales Engineers and/or Solution Architects in orchestrating product demonstrations.

        • Prepare Proposals, MSAs, and SOWs to secure new accounts.

          Represent the company throughout the entire sale cycle in ways that are aligned with Novobi’s brand.

        • Participate in a cross-functional team consisting of Sales, Marketing, SMEs, Solution Architects, and Novobi Product Owners to uncover new opportunities, to improve current products and services, and to develop go-to-market strategies.

        • Collaborate with the Marketing Team for market analysis and development of sales strategies to support initiatives by developing and maintaining effective job aids.

        • Work with the Marketing Team to maintain lead reports to help improve conversion rate and lead quality.

        • Work closely with our Leadership Team to improve the sales process and closing rate.

         Requirements

        • Skilled in consultative solution selling.

        • Has proven track record of at least 3 years in either business development or sales consultation with popular ERP, CRM, or eCommerce platforms, e.g., Odoo, NetSuite, Sage, Acumatica, Epicor, Infor, Oracle's E-Business Suite, SAP Business One, etc. or has an MBA with coursework in Sales, Sales Management, or Business Development.

        • Communicates and works effectively with B2B stakeholders such as business owners, executives, and IT engineers.

        • Demonstrates strong analytical skills and high-quality standards.

        • Is proactive, energetic, and detail-oriented.

        • Enjoys helping businesses apply enterprise software to gain competitive advantages.

        • Experience in program management, project implementation, or solution consultation is a plus.

        • Experience with retail/manufacturing operations, logistics, or IT management is a plus.

        • Experience with government contracting is a plus.

        ERP Technical Consultant

        About the Role

        Our ERP services and retail, accounting, and aerospace manufacturing solutions helped us become a valuable implementation partner for over 100 businesses. The Python/Odoo ERP Technical Consultant is responsible for implementing Odoo ERP solutions, mostly for the retail, manufacturing, and services industries. Odoo is a modern ERP platform built on Python and PostgreSQL. You can work remotely (must be in the US) or can relocate to Austin, Texas.

         Responsibilities

        • Develop business software solutions on Odoo ERP platform, using full-stack MVC framework (Python, PostgreSQL, Bootstrap/Node.js, etc.).

        • Assist Project Managers in the timeline, budget, and scope of the projects.
        • Participate in technical support of Odoo solutions.

        • Participate in R&D to apply emerging technologies and innovations to retail/manufacturing businesses.

        • Work with clients independently and with little supervision.

        • Ensure quality using the industry’s best practices.

        • Can work from home, able to travel up to 10%.

         Requirements

        • Strong Computer Science background.

        • Strong programming background.

        • Experience with Python or other OOP languages, with at least 1 year experience with Python development

        • Experience with SQL.

        • Efficiency in both verbal and written communications. Can communicate effectively with various stakeholders in a typical mid-size ERP implementation.

        • Detail-oriented, quality mindset, and strong critical thinking skills.

        • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.

        • Preferably with a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent

        • At least 1 year of experience with ERP/CRM implementation is a plus, ideally with one of the following platforms: Odoo (preferred), NetSuite, Acumatica, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, Epicor, SAP, Oracle, etc.

        • Experience with retail and manufacturing operations is preferred.
